Excellent customer service, and ideal location in perth's West end . A easy walk to restaurants, bars and shops, I found this apartment fantastic for my 7 night stay while visiting perth . I highly recommend these apartment stay.

The internet didn’t work for my entire stay. The staff member at the front desk was very unhelpful, especially when I needed the gate opened to put a rubbish bag in the skip bin. Overall, the room itself was good, but the lack of onsite assistance made the experience disappointing.

This information is stated in the elevators for guests to note and therefore all queries need to be directed to us at Deluxe Escapes. We sincerely apologise that the internet was not working during your entire stay; we understand this is a major inconvenience and regret that the issue was not resolved. Regarding the waste disposal and the unhelpful staff member at the front desk, we wish to confirm that those individuals are not our staff members and that the building management is indeed responsible for providing access to the bins, we regret that their service did not meet expectations. We are glad to hear the room itself met your approval, but that the internet outage and the actions of the building management's front desk staff, brought down your overall experience. We value your comments and will use them to address these ongoing building-wide concerns with the appropriate management body.
